Mel Gallegos presents Don Fipps with a certificate in recognition of our Rotary Citation with Silver Distinction
Immediate Past District Governor Mel Gallegos is visiting all the clubs that earned Rotary Citations during his Rotary Year. During his Rotary Year 2018-2019, President Don Fipps steered the club to a Rotary Citation with Silver Distinction, meaning that the club fulfilled its goals and did a bit extra.
