Assistant District Governor John Morris and his wife, Past District Governor Sue Morris of Lakeland Noon Rotary in Minocqua
Lakeland Noon Rotarians Paul Rohner and Andy Gee

The Lakeland Noon Rotary Club in Minocqua, Wisconsin wasted little time in acting on President Mark Maloney’s directive to grow membership.  In late August they hosted a gathering at the Northern Waters Distillery in Minocqua to give members of the community the opportunity to meet Rotarians and learn about club projects.  Past District Governor of District 6220 Sue Morris and her husband Assistant District Governor led the program, which focused on the District’s very active participation in Rotary Youth Exchange. This noontime club has flexible meeting times: they meet three times per month, two at noon and one in the early evening to accommodate different schedules. Also in attendance was Realtor Andy Gee, who helped my family find a dream lake house. Two of the great things about Rotary- being welcomed at clubs across the world and a resource to find talented and reputable professionals to do business with.
