Karl Wagner was Rotarian of the Day at the meeting on December 13, 2018, also the National Day of the Horse, which was designated by Congress (and by unanimous consent!) in 2004 as a day to “to be mindful of the contribution of horses to the economy, history, and character of the United States”. The day was fitting for Karl, who said that he’s been riding horses ever since he was nine years-old.
