Drugs & Diagnostics for Tropical Diseases

Dr. Marco Biamonte woked as a medicinal chemist in the pharmaceutical industry before founding Drugs & Diagnostics for Tropical Diseases (DDTD), which seeks to develop therapeutic and diagnostic solutions to diseases that largely affect underserved populations. He earned a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from University of Cambridge and carried out post-doctoral work at the Swiss Institute for Technology (ETH-Z).
