Recognizing signs of child abuse

Dr. Shalon Nienow is a pediatrician specializing in treating children who have been victims of abuse.  She is a specialist at Rady’s Children Hospital and an adjunct clinical professor at UCSD. Prior to coming to San Diego she worked for the Child Abuse Response Team at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.
