The Emperor and the spy

Author Stan Katz talked about how he came to write the novel, The Emperor and the Spy. The book is based on the career of Colonel Sidney Forester Mashbir.  The author described how Colonel Mashbir's unprecedented personal relationship with Emperor Hirohito impacted World War II.  The book also mentions how the two were connected through Rotary.
