My journey to graduate school with Rotary help

Daniel Ojeda Juarez is a third-year PhD student at the Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute in La Jolla. His research focuses on the mechanisms of HIV-associated neurocognitive disorders, particularly dementia.  Daniel will speak about his experiences as a Youth Exchange student from Mexico, and how Rotary scholarships helped him earn a B.S. from Fresno State, which provided the foundation for his later doctoral work.
